Website visits
This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request metadata to serve the website, maintain security, and diagnose errors.
Contact inquiries
The public inquiry form remains unavailable until spam protection and email delivery are configured and verified. No inquiry data is transmitted while the form is disabled. Once enabled, it will request your name, email address, inquiry category, and message so Prather Software can review and respond. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information.
The contact implementation validates submissions on the server, uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent abuse, and sends accepted inquiries through a transactional email provider. The implementation supports Resend; provider configuration and a verified sending identity are required before activation. Submission success means the email provider accepted the message and does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Service providers and security
Cloudflare processes technical information for hosting and, when enabled, Turnstile verification and abuse prevention. An enabled email provider processes the inquiry to transmit it to Prather Software. The contact service does not store inquiries in a database. Application logs record operational errors without inquiry message bodies or email addresses.

Retention and privacy questions
Inquiries may be retained in the company’s email system to respond and manage the related business conversation. A detailed retention schedule and operational privacy review remain required before the contact service goes live.
When contact submissions are available, use the General inquiry category to ask about your information or request a correction or deletion. This notice will be updated if the website’s data practices change.
